1. What is your MOQ?
Our standard MOQ is 100 pcs per model. First orders may mix models within the same series.
2. Can I order samples first?
Yes. 1-2 pcs per model, shipped in 3-7 days by DHL/FedEx/UPS. The sample fee is refunded when your bulk order reaches MOQ.
3. How long is bulk production?
Typically 15-30 days depending on quantity and customization level.
4. Which certifications do you support?
UL, DLC, CE, RoHS, SAA and more. We also provide LM-80, TM-21 and IES photometric reports.
5. Do you support OEM / ODM?
Yes - custom logo, CCT, packaging, dimensions and even custom tooling. See our OEM & ODM page.
6. What is your warranty?
5 years on most indoor and outdoor fixtures, 3 years on LED strip products.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
T/T, L/C for bulk orders, and PayPal or credit card for samples.
8. What are your Incoterms?
FOB, CIF and DDP are all available depending on your logistics preference.
