Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per model for stock items. For custom OEM/ODM orders, the MOQ starts from 500 pieces depending on the complexity of customization. Sample orders are available with no MOQ requirement.

Exact lead times depend on order quantity and product specifications. We will confirm the delivery date before order confirmation.

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:

• Express: DHL, FedEx, UPS (3-7 days, for samples and small orders)
• Air freight: 5-10 days (for medium orders)
• Sea freight: 25-40 days (for bulk orders, most cost-effective)
• Train freight: 15-20 days (to Europe and Central Asia)

We can also ship to your designated freight forwarder in China.

Yes, we welcome sample orders. Sample lead time is 3-5 working days. Sample fees are charged but will be refunded when you place a bulk order over 500 pieces. Customized samples may take 7-10 working days.

Our products are certified with CE, RoHS, and ISO9001. For specific markets, we also offer SAA (Australia), DLC (USA), and ETL certifications. All certifications can be provided upon request. We can also assist with certification applications for custom products.

Our LED lights have a rated lifespan of 50,000 hours (L70). This means after 50,000 hours of use, the brightness will still be at least 70% of the initial output. With average use of 8 hours per day, this translates to approximately 17 years of service life.

Yes, we offer full customization for product specifications:

• CCT: 2700K, 3000K, 4000K, 5000K, 6000K, or custom
• Beam angle: 15°, 24°, 36°, 60°, 90°, or custom
• CRI: Ra>80, Ra>90, Ra>95 available
• Dimmable: 0-10V, DALI, TRIAC dimming options

We offer a 5-year warranty for most of our commercial and industrial LED lighting products. For some basic models, we offer 3 years warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and performance issues. We provide free replacement for defective products within the warranty period.

We have a strict quality control process:

• 100% inspection before shipment
• Aging test for 24-48 hours
• If quality issues are found after delivery, please provide photos/videos
• We will send replacements in the next order or provide credit
• For bulk quality issues, we will arrange a full investigation and compensation

We provide comprehensive OEM/ODM services:

• OEM: Custom logo printing, custom packaging, custom labels
• ODM: Custom housing design, custom optics, custom electronics
• Custom packaging: Color box, blister, neutral packaging with your brand
• Private label: Full rebranding with your company name and logo

MOQ for OEM starts from 500 pieces. ODM projects require a design fee which will be refunded for bulk orders.

Absolutely! We welcome customers to visit our factory in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. Our factory is 15,000 m² with automated production lines. We can arrange airport pickup from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport or Shenzhen Bao'an Airport. Please contact us in advance to schedule a visit.

We accept the following payment methods:

• T/T (Bank Transfer): 30% deposit, 70% before shipment
• L/C: Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight (for large orders)
• PayPal: For sample orders and small amounts
• Western Union / MoneyGram: For small orders
• Trade Assurance: Alibaba Trade Assurance for secure payment

For long-term cooperative customers, we can discuss more flexible payment terms.

Yes, we offer all common trade terms:

• EXW: Ex-work, you arrange shipping from our factory
• FOB: Free on Board at Shenzhen or Guangzhou port
• CIF: Cost, Insurance, and Freight to your destination port
• DDP: Delivered Duty Paid (to selected countries)

We can also quote door-to-door shipping including customs clearance.
